Payment FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques and money orders.

You can pay with any major credit card through PayPal.

When is payment due?
This depends on the size of the project. For micro projects (less than $500), the full amount is due prior to the start of the project. On medium-sized projects (less than $2000), a 50% retainer is due up front, and the remaining 50% on delivery. For larger projects ($2000 or more), the breakdown is a 25% retainer, 35% upon acceptance of the prototype, and the balance (40%) on delivery. The developer in charge of your project will let you know you in advance of your payment schedule. Other payment arrangements can be made upon request.
Why do you require a deposit prior to development?
We find that a deposit speeds up the feedback response time, which allows us to complete the project in a timely manner. If a financial commitment is not made on a project, we have found that clients take considerably longer to respond.
