What forms of payment do you accept?: We accept cash, cheques and money orders.

You can pay with any major credit card through PayPal.
When is payment due?: This depends on the size of the project. For micro projects (less than $500), the full amount is due prior to the start of the project. On medium-sized projects (less than $2000), a 50% retainer is due up front, and the remaining 50% on delivery. For larger projects ($2000 or more), the breakdown is a 25% retainer, 35% upon acceptance of the prototype, and the balance (40%) on delivery. The developer in charge of your project will let you know you in advance of your payment schedule. Other payment arrangements can be made upon request.
Why do you require a deposit prior to development?: We find that a deposit speeds up the feedback response time, which allows us to complete the project in a timely manner. If a financial commitment is not made on a project, we have found that clients take considerably longer to respond.
